Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel offers simple and comfortable rooms with good beds, showers, and all necessary amenities at a reasonable price. The rooms are clean and feature modern decor, with comfortable mattresses. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Flushing subway station. However, the rooms on cellar level 3 can be noisy in the morning, and there is a persistent smell of marijuana throughout the stay.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were still nice, modern, large, and airy, with wooden floors and comfy beds. Everything was very clean, and the daily housekeeping was a great touch. The service was efficient and helpful, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the subway station with connections into Manhattan. Unfortunately, the dining experience was not the best, as the options were starchy and limited.
The hotel offers clean and simple rooms, exactly what you would expect in Brooklyn. However, there was a bit of a delay in room change approval. The breakfast area is conveniently located next to the neighborhood where people eat.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a cool industrial vibe that I loved. The service was top-notch, with the exception of one breakfast lady. The location was great, close to subway stations and amenities, although it could be a bit intimidating at night. The dining options were delicious, especially the make-your-own waffles, but a bit limited. Overall, a fantastic value for the money.
The hotel had pleasant rooms that were easy on the eyes, although not as warm as expected with the heater. The variety in food options could be improved, especially in terms of capacity and diversity. The service was exceptional, with attentive and supportive staff always ready to assist. The location was convenient, but not ideal for frequent trips to Manhattan due to its distance. The dining experience had its shortcomings, particularly in replenishing breakfast items timely. Facilities could be more spacious and inviting.
The hotel delivered a clean and comfy room in a great location with last-minute availability. It was super clean and comfy, but the rooms were smaller than expected. The service was pleasant and very helpful with special attentiveness on my birthday. The location was perfect, close to the subway station, but a little small for the number of guests. The dining was really good overall, but encountered some chaos with single-use plastics. The facilities were well-maintained and highly functional.
Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were very nice and clean, with comfortable beds and convenient access to the subway. The service received from the staff, particularly Elijah at the front desk and Juanita in the kitchen, was exceptional. The location, while not the safest, was still good with easy access to transportation. The dining options, thanks to Rosa, were good but could use a few more choices. The facilities were nice and well-maintained, offering a pleasant stay at a decent price.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were simple but comfortable with good amenities, yet there were some maintenance issues like peeling paint. The service was top-notch with a friendly and helpful staff, making up for any shortcomings. The location had its drawbacks like being crowded and unclean at times, but it was conveniently close to transportation options. The dining experience was average, offering a basic continental breakfast. The overall value for the price paid was fair.
